What is the shipping policy?

•We ship within the continental 48 United States.

•FREE standard shipping for orders over $75.

•We offer $8 flat rate shipping for orders of $75 and below.

•Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

•If you would like gift wrapping, please make a note in the notes box at checkout.


Do you ship Internationally?

•We offer AK, HI, and international ordering on select items at https://www.shoptiques.com/boutiques/Terra-Culture

What is the return policy?

•Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days from when the item was delivered. returns@terraculturegifts.com

•Items must be returned in their original condition. (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) Damaged or used items cannot be returned.

•You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return was a result of our error.

•Items returned after 14 days and within 30 days will be issued terraculturegifts.com credit. No returns after 30 days.

•Exchanges and Gift Return refunds will be issued in the form of terraculturegifts.com credit.


How long will it take to be refunded? 

•Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after a return has been received by the store.

•Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

•We will notify you via email when the return has been received and the transaction is complete.

Jewelry Warranty and Repairs:

Valid ONLY on jewelry items purchased from Terra Culture, with record of purchase.

Our jewelry artists guarantee their work up to 1 year from your date of purchase. Repair turnaround times will vary depending on the repair and artist’s location. If your warranty has expired, you must contact the artist directly.
